We understand that circumstances arise where you may need to cancel your reservation. In order to cancel your reservation, follow these simple steps.
Log In to your Account and go to ‘My Trips”:
Under My Trips you will see all future bookings. In order to cancel, please select Cancel Reservation. Before you confirm cancellation, please double check the cancellation policy as all cancellations are final.
Following the confirmation of cancellation, you will receive an email with confirmation of cancellation.

No availablity but my money was taken
Fake
I use the reservation site two years ago and it gave me the wrong date. I tried to cancel it and was unsuccessful, went through my credit card company they couldn’t get anywhere and I eventually ate it for 150+ dollars on the wrong date in the middle of the country. I wouldn’t trust these people again, I’ll stick with Booking.com or hotels.com. Something more conventional.
