First of all, we apologize for any issues you may be having. There are a few possible reasons for this:
- You are trying to reset you password on the wrong domain. ( If you registered on a specific domain, you must also reset your password from that domain, EX. https://mycompanyname.hotelogical.com/)
- The error could be caused by a misspelling/error within the email address itself.
- Your email server is blocking emails from our domain.
The easiest solution is to try an alternative email address. If this does not solve the issue, please get in touch with customer service and we will do our best to help.
The password creation and reset links do expire after 24 hours. If you are having trouble, when making a new password please try to reset it again as the link most likely expired.
