I know it can be extremely frustrating when you are unable to log-in your account. We want to get you logged in and ready to book as soon as possible.
First thing to check is that you are trying to log in under the currect URL - if you work for Company X, you must log in under https://companyx.hotelogical.com/
If you do not remember what your companies custom URL is please contact us on chat, or ask your HR or Member Benefits department for help.
Once you are positive you are on the same page, you should be able to login or reset your password as needed.

I am at the hotel. They donโt see my reservation. I need to check in. Please respond ASAP
When I checked into the Cambria they said I had 2 rooms booked. I only booked one and I see you charged me for 2 even though I received confirmation for just one. Please reimburse me for the second roomย
