If I cancel a reservation, how long until my money will be back in my account?

Did you just cancel a booking, and are wondering how long until the money will be back in your account?

Well, this time can vary, however, a normal refund process takes between 5 - 10 days for all funds to be re-deposited into your account.

This time can vary based on when the cancellation has taken place. If a reservation is canceled outside of the cancellation terms or is a non-refundable booking. The process to secure your refund from our hotel partners may take anywhere from 7-30 days.
