Unfortunately, most of our hotel partners do not let us modify or make changes to a booking.
The easiest solution is to simply cancel your current reservation and make a new reservation using the correct modifications.
When canceling any reservations, please always check the cancellation policy for the terms of your refund.

I booked a hotel, but I’m waiting for booking confirmation number
I requested a room reservation. The room came back, not available at this price any longer but my card was still charged.

I booked a reservation but it said booking not available and charged my account!
They charged my card and sent me a confirmation email but when I arrived at the hotel the hotel never received payment for my booking. I submitted a request for a refund but can not get anyone on the phone or to respond thru email
The same thing happened to me….no confirmation was received during booking nor after. Account charged but hotel staff said no booking on the system.
I opened a dispute with my banking financial.
Definitely seems like a SCAM
