Great Question! On Hotelogical, all bookings are paid for at the time of booking.
Luckily, most cancellation policies are very lenient and allow you to cancel your booking up to 5-7 days before your stay.

Does this site accept e check for payment
If they do, they can verify it at the front desk. Ask for the manager on duty. They can do anything they need to satisfy guests.
I booked my room at 2am but the hotel manager said it was not the right day because I used what the current date was at 2am when really I should have used the prior days date. So I had to cancel and re book at hotel. I tried to cancel the reservation but I’m having trouble with it going through. The hotel manager said it would be fine when you guys see it, you will call him and he will explain the confusion. I only needed the room to sleep for a few hours because I am driving from Florida to New Jersey
